Fukuoka Women’s University, founded in 1923, is the first Japanese public women’s college. FWU is located in Fukuoka, a pleasant coastal city and the largest metropolis on the island of Kyushu. With the aim of nurturing people that have leadership and can act globally, FWU is committed to educate new generations of women to lead society.
